BEETROOT AND CARROT SALAD


The first english EKO recipie by Christina, delicious!! thank you!!!

Ingredients:
  • 2 beetroots
  • 2 carrots
  • Peanuts
  • 2 tsps Cumin 
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1\2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1\2 tsp Cinamon
  • 2 cloves gralic
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • vinegar
  • sugar or honey
Method:

Peel and grate the beetroots and carrots in a bowl, add the garlic and peanuts.
Put all the spices in a pan with the vinegar and sugar or honey, heat this mixture but don't boil it. Add to the beetroot mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!!
